Beata oversees all aspects of MosaicNED’s operations for the fund board training programmes. Beata brings skills in research, organisation skills, event planning, customer service, and office administration. Beata has a Bachelor of Science – BS focused in Business psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
Hilary is currently Chief Investment Officer of City Asset Management. Hilary began her career as a research analyst for French pharmaceutical company, Roussel Uclaf, and seconded to King’s College in the Strand to work specifically on one of the drugs under the supervision of the Professor of Pharmacology. Hilary then went to SmithKline Beecham, before joining City Asset Management in 1988. Hilary is a advocate for diversity – “I am also keen to become more involved with recruiting and retaining more women of all ages into investment management. In the 25 years I have been involved in this industry there are possibly less women choosing this path as a career, and retaining them still seems very difficult”
